CAREER SUMMARY
As Executive Vice President of NAI Geis, the strategic affiliate within the Philadelphia Metro of NAI Global, Brian is responsible for the management of the brokerage, marketing, and valuation divisions, including direct supervision of 22 licensed professionals.
Brian’s direct market focus is primarily within the Philadelphia Suburban Marketplace with an emphasis on Investment Sales, Tenant and Landlord Representation, and Consulting
and Advisory Services on a local, regional, and national level.
Brian has over 20 years of experience in the fields of commercial real estate, financial consulting, sales, and marketing. Brian is an expert in project management in all aspects of the commercial real estate process including leasing, marketing, property management, and financial modeling and analysis.
Prior to joining NAI Geis, Brian spent eight years in the Wealth Management Division of Morgan Stanley and was co-founder and managing partner of Veritas Wealth Partners. His focus was new business generation and the supervision of financial advisors. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Joseph’s University.
