Early career highlights include the sale of the 160,000 square foot Abbott Lab facility in King of Prussia and leasing the 200,000 square-foot King of Prussia Business Center in a record 14 months. Later, Dave had asset oversight for the 1,000,000 square foot PECO Energy portfolio within the tri-state area.

• Represented Xanitos in their 16,000 square foot relocation to Newtown Square.

• Represented Community Interactions in the purchase of their 16,000 square-foot Swarthmore headquarters.
