Willie Oliphant is the Senior Property Manager for the Suburban Philadelphia portfolio and has over 35 years of real estate experience in commercial office, industrial/ warehouse, retail, and flex properties. He currently manages a portfolio of approximately 600,000 square feet of real estate and is responsible for the direct oversight of assigned commercial/industrial/medical office properties. Oversees all operational aspects of the properties and is responsible for the tactical execution and communication of the company's strategic direction in order to maximize asset performance.  When he’s not working, Wille coaches youth sports, works on his garden, golfs, and loves travelling.
