With almost 30 years of corporate real estate experience, Paul E. Wolfson, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson and Senior Vice President of NAI Geis Realty Group Inc., joined the firm in February of 1997. Prior to 1997, Paul worked for Seneca Roach Commercial Property Services.
Since joining NAI Geis Realty, Paul has consummated corporate sales transactions for over 60 assets, with revenues approaching half a billion dollars. He has successfully negotiated hundreds of leases with both local and national companies. Paul’s focus is on investment sales, and landlord and tenant representation in the office, industrial, and medical office/healthcare space. His long-term relationships and “value added” work ethic has earned Paul years of repeat business both locally and globally with all his clients; always continuing to “Exceed Expectations!”
Notable recent achievements include:
- Member of the sales team for United Plaza, Philadelphia. This was a packaged sale of both United Plaza 1650 Arch. Multi-tenanted office buildings for a sales price of $200mm.
- Member of the sales team for the Wells Fargo Building, 401 Market, Independence Mall, Philadelphia. This was a +/- 500,000 SF sale with WF and the American Bible Society as the long-term tenants in the building and the sale consummated at almost $80mm.
- Leasing of 1001 Adams Ave, 137,000 RSF transaction to Quest Diagnostics. This was a 12-year transaction with a Fortune 500 Company with a lease value of almost $40mm.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys carpentry as well as traveling and exploring world cultures with his wife and two sons. He is also avid extreme sportsman having summited Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2013, finished the Marathon de Sables in 2017, and completed the Mount Tremblant (2013), Lake Placid (2011), and Louisville (2009) Ironman competitions. Paul is a graduate of Ithaca College and the William Penn Charter School.
