Nick is a Vice President at NAI Geis Realty, Group Inc. and specializes in the leasing, purchasing, and selling of industrial, medical and office properties. Nick attended Hofstra University and West Chester University where he studied business administration.
Prior to joining Geis Realty Group, Inc., Nick worked with Swope Lees Commercial Real Estate where he was involved in over 120 sale or lease transactions. During that period Nick was a two-time winner of the largest flex sale award in Chester County in 2021 and 2022, awarded by the Chester County Industrial Investment Council. And served on the board of the Chester County Industrial Investment Council from 2019 - 2022
In Nick’s free time, he enjoys staying physically active. In recent years, Nick has successfully completed a through hike of the John Muir Trail through the Sierra Nevada Mountain range in 13 days, and ran the Philadelphia Marathon in 2023.
