Karl Schwemlein

Karl M. Schwemlein is a Vice President of NAI Geis, the strategic affiliate within the Philadelphia Metro of NAI Global.  Karl’s primary focus is the Philadelphia Tri-State area with an emphasis on tenant representation and landlord representation. 

Since 2009, Karl has represented tenants, landlords, and developers in a variety of office, retail, and medical lease & acquisition assignments.  Described by his peers as a “deal maker”, Karl considers economic transaction terms as malleable, and uses his unique understanding of tenant and landlord motivations to create tailored solutions that bridge gaps and ultimately close the deal.  Throughout his career, Karl has represented clients ranging from start-up businesses to one of the largest privately held office portfolios in Center City, Philadelphia.
