Dan Moller is a Vice President and shareholder at NAI Geis specializing in office and medical leasing. Over his thirteen year career in real estate, Dan has represented local and national firms/landlords, completing over 400 transactions totaling over 1.25 Million square feet. Currently, Dan represents Addus HomeCare (NASDAQ: ADUS) with their 310 location office portfolio nationwide, completing approximately 55 transactions a year on their behalf. Locally, Dan has been one of the most active office brokers in Philadelphia, earning the CoStar Power Broker Honor in 2025.
Prior to joining NAI Geis, Dan was a commercial real estate broker at Stockton Real Estate Advisors, where Dan completed over 50 sale or lease transactions and handled leasing for upwards of 1.6 million SF throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Most notably, Dan was the medical leasing representative for the PREIT owned Exton Square Mall, completing 30,000 SF deal with Main Line Health.
