David Ryder is a Vice President at NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. David has 30 years of commercial real estate experience in the ownership, management, leasing, acquisition and development of office and industrial properties. During his career David has assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of over 10 million square feet of space in more than 1,000 transactions. At Geis Realty Group, Inc. David will specialize in Tenant Representation and Corporate Account Management.
Prior to joining NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. David had a successful real estate career at CBRE providing Tenant Representation and Consulting Services to one of the world’s largest mutual fund companies. From 2004-2007 David was a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Brandywine Realty Trust where he was responsible for their 6.1 million square foot portfolio of buildings in the western suburbs of Philadelphia.

- Exclusively represented a major financial institution in 11 separate transactions over 17 years totaling more than 1 million SF of leasing and the acquisition of approximately 245 acres of land.
- Represented Brandywine Realty Trust in securing Lincoln Financial’s Corporate Headquarters lease at Radnor Financial Center for 200,000 SF
- Represented Brandywine Realty Trust in securing Tyco International’s Corporate Headquarters lease at Westlakes Corporate Center for 80,000 SF
- Represented Brandywine Realty Trust in securing CSL Behring’s Corporate Headquarters lease at Maschellmac Business Campus for 75,000 SF
- Represented Brandywine Realty Trust in securing ModSpace’s Corporate Headquarters lease at Southpoint for 70,000 SF
- Oversaw the full scale redevelopment of 3 multi-million dollar office buildings: 555 East Lancaster Avenue and One Radnor Corporate Center in Radnor, PA, and 855 Springdale Road in Exton, PA
