Jeffrey S. Zimmerman is Vice President of Design & Construction for NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. Jeff is responsible for all aspects of the construction management process for tenants and building owners. Jeff has managed the design, design review, value engineering, construction, cost control and project close-outs for over 8,000,000 SF of commercial, institutional, medical and retail projects on the East Coast of the U.S.

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the fields of construction management, budgeting, value engineering, leasing, development, site selection, zoning, building codes, fire/life safety, security, tele/data installation and contract administration. Jeff has been a licensed real estate professional since 1995. Prior to working with NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., Jeff worked for the Kevin F. Donohoe Company, Inc., Crown American Corporation, Inc. and Goodman, Segar, Hogan.

  • Managed the tenant construction for over 700,000 SF in the Curtis Center and United Plaza, two class “A” commercial office buildings in Center City, Philadelphia.
  • Managed the expansion and renovation to the Burlington Towne Center, a $50 million project in downtown Burlington, Vermont.
  • Managed the expansion and renovation to the Stroud mall, a $34 million project in Stroudsburg, Pa.
  • Managed the tenant improvements to over 70 retail stores in Chesterfield Towne Centre, a 1,000,000 SF regional mall in Richmond, Va.

  • Jeff received his B.A. degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 1982.

Laura, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent, joined NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. in September of 2006. Prior to joining Geis Realty Group, Inc., Laura worked as a freelance graphic artist for multiple advertising and design agencies in the Philadelphia city and suburban areas. She earned her HTML web certification in 2007. She acquired a paralegal certification in 2012 and has served on the Montgomery County Paralegal Association board.

Laura was commissioned by the state of Pennsylvania in 2005 and currently holds a notary designation.

With a diverse level of experience, Laura has the ability to manage database information, create advertising materials and web pages, and assist sales associates with client presentations and correspondence.

Career Summary

Natalie Martorana joined NAI Geis in 2021 with over 10 years of property management experience with Bohemian Management where she was focused on construction and Tl management, operations, budgeting and financial oversight, and vendor relations.

Natalie now serves as Vice President of Property Management for Geis Realty Group’s Suburban Philadelphia portfolio, overseeing over 2,000,000 square feet, primarily in medical office buildings, with additional properties in Laredo, Texas and Owensboro, Kentucky.

Through hands on experience, Natalie has developed the financial, technical, and mechanical skills to understand the full scope of successfully managing a wide range of property types within the healthcare space. Natalie leads a professional and experienced team of property managers and skilled maintenance technicians to meet the high expectations of tenants in a medical environment, as well as owners seeking to provide a high level of service, while maintaining profitability.

Natalie is experienced at working with both local and national investors and healthcare systems, as well as large medical office REIT’s, all seeking to maximize investment return while providing efficient and effective property management.

Mary Kay Dolnack is the Vice President Property Management for the Philadelphia and New Jersey portfolio and has over 30 years of real estate experience in office, flex, industrial and retail properties, having overseen portfolios of up to 6 million square feet.  Most recently she has been the strategic real estate partner for medical portfolios owned by Penn Medicine and Tower Health.  She additionally oversees Duane Morris Plaza, a 680,000 SF, Class “A” office building in Philadelphia for Oaktree Capital Management. 

She has experience with large real estate organizations such as Liberty Property Trust directing the operations and staff responsible for a portfolio of 6 million square feet of office/flex/industrial in Mt. Laurel, Marlton and Swedesboro, New Jersey.  And was previously a General Manager of The Curtis Center in Philadelphia, an 880,000 square foot Class A high rise office building owned by Oaktree Capital Management.  Additional prior experience includes the management of One & Three Christina Centers in Wilmington, DE for Brandywine Realty Trust, 1201 Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware for LaSalle Partners and Oxford Valley Mall in Langhorne, Pennsylvania for Kravco Company.  

Mary Kay obtained a BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from LaSalle University specializing in finance and management along with an active PA Real Estate License since 1994.

 

 

Bryan joined NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc. in September 2014 as Director of Marketing. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing collateral and strategy. Bryan has over 16 years of marketing and communications experience within the real estate industry as well as 29 years experience as a graphic designer.

Formerly with SSH Real Estate as Director of Marketing, Bryan was responsible for all corporate marketing, brand management, and sales collateral support. Prior to that, he was a Senior Graphic Designer with both Newmark and Reynolds and Reynolds.
